PROCESS
The planning process begins with a phone consultation where we review your needs and discuss our service offerings. The initial stages of planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, so we encourage you to ask questions… and then ask some more! We, of course, will do the same. We want to get to know who you are and how we can make your wedding a reflection of you as a couple. Once we have a firm understanding of how you envision your day, we will begin working on the details that will make your event an unforgettable one!
DESIGN
The design process starts with photos, lots, and lots of photos! We ask that you provide as many images as possible for anything and everything that may serve as inspiration. From these, we then draw a theme, focusing on selecting the featured design elements which will make your wedding design feel cohesive and incredibly personal. Whether classic or contemporary, bohemian or glam, the style of each event reflects the true essence of our clients.
PLANNING & EXECUTION
We are a full-service event planning company which means we coordinate and manage every service and vendor involved in your day. Our primary goal is to make sure the planning of your event is both stress and hassle-free. With this in mind, we work with and trust only first-class vendors to execute your vision flawlessly. We handle all details in-house so you won’t worry about a single detail. From the venue selection and hotel accommodations, gift bag assembly and delivery, customized signage and printed goods, to timelines, layouts, and wedding day setup, our team is there to assist.
